So I'm a die hard fan of late 40's early 50's american steel like the next guy, so when I see a '49 Jeepster for sale I jump into overdrive and start planning a build. So I have some questions; one, could I do a 302 and an AOD from a '92 mustang? or Do you think that would be too large to fit. What about rear end gearing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated so of course, have at it!

I think you should scrap your current idea and buy the jeepster that I have for sale lol.

If I build mine it's going to have sbc, 700r4 trans, stock front suspension, 2:73 gear. And be very affordable to drive.

I don't have everything to build it yet, that's just how I was going to when I got to it.

If you dig thru the classifieds I have a old add on here for it. I don't remember what I had it priced at but $800 firm would buy it. Delivery would be more of course.

Jeepsters are VERY cool cars. My second car (when I was 11) was a Jeepster and I have always wanted one since.

Chevies go in there easier, but a sbf will fit too with a little work.

Hi Everyone

Willys Jeepsters have almost a cult following in stock form (as does most other early Willys Jeep stuff)...if it is a complete running driving Jeepster put it on Ebay and sell it as is....those guys are getting stupid money for these vehicles...I would love to own one as I love the looks of the early Willys products and I have no use for 4 wheel drive...so a jeepster would fit me great...someday I guess...yes please post up some pictures of you project....love to see the old stuff getting saved...

21willys Once again, I'm sorry if my messages have sent and i'm just repeating myself, but it's not showing up as being sent to me on my mail, anyway do you have a title on the vehicle? and do you have any pictures of the floor boards and the flat 6. Thankyou

I can only offer a bill of sale for it.

I have no idea what someone was doing when they cut the floor up. It appears someone was in the middle of a engine swap that never got finished.

My numbers below. I should be heading south/west within the next 1.5 months and would need to do it on that trip to do it for the price I quoted.
