i'm using the pedal assy kit comes with the pedal and cable .the end that has the loop keeps getting cought in the camslot

how many wires do i run to my tail lights i'm using 32 ford so they each have 2 wires,, 1 ground 1 hot. so how many do i need to run from the fuse block
