Lookin real good Blacksheep! Very close in specs to my build. Im reading through the build again now. Its been a while since Ive been able to log on, so Ive got a lot of catchin up to do!

Nice start! I wish I would have had the front section of my touring, I would be building it like yours, but I like my lil project too.

Its been a while but theres a little more progress to report Got the front wishbones fabbed up rear is done, just got to clean off the unused mounts on axle and weld up the rear suspension getting an idea for carb placement/height before fabbing intake

Didnt have the mag, but here is the online preview....nice build one day maybe mine will make it

Ill have some good mock up photos tomorrow. Im hoping it will be a roller by the end of the week, but Im still waiting on parts. Funny thing is Im actually not a t bucket kinda guy. But I have to admit, this one is growing on me.

Thanks for the comments. I like that I am able to learn how to build one from scratch. The bodyline from the truck definitley makes the cowl stand out. I got one side formed today, will get the other tomorrow. Engine is in, and tranny mount is tomorrow as well. I will post up pics when I get home.

All done...Fits like a champ. Tomorrow the side panels will be made. May put the motor in. Lonestar roundup has us slammed. Its hard to find time to work on it, but its getting there! Another look

Getting all the body laid out. Put in new subrails. Started building the cowl......more tomorrow, too tired to type. New subrails, still need to put in floor supports. Started building the cowl supports Cut sheetmetal for new cowl.....We used the hood of 04 F250 for the body line...
