I've been seeing alot of bug's. are they easy to work on, or just personal preference? I also thought of a roof rack from a VW bus for my car. I guess anything goes when you build your own ride!!!

Yea, I've got a "ol'skool rodz magazine and basically the same thing. Paint whatever on your door ( I'd use an enamel paint ), let it dry, wet sand untill you get the look you want. the mag goes one step further and they add water stains with a rag, like where the lettering looks like it left...

I agree, who want's to go through all of the prep work, swetin' buckets on that Huge land barge then fall short at the end. alwayse look ahead and ask yourself do I want to do this the first time or twice....$$$$ everything twice. Been there and don't want to go back!!!
