OK so i got a 40 ford truck, my plans r to channel it 5 inches, wantin to chop it 8 inches (if i fit), suicide front axle, flathead if it breaks loose, and 3 foot box. comments or ideas r very welcome. also a few pics of my help

its actually lower now since the engines in it, the grill is about 6 inches from the ground, i think its just right where it is for now

i got a 46 ford truck i z'ed front and back and removed 6 springs on each side in the back but left all the springs in the front, im runnin a small block ford and it sits just right after the engine was in.

they both look cool i thought about channeling it but i do have the other still, kinda want to go fenderless with the other tho
