    jb super weld

Came out of an intersection hard on the gas, and big cloud of smoke, half block later when I pulled onto a side street, hood was filled, etc. Turns out the tranny cooler line either was rubbing, or touched the hot on the starter and burned a pin hole through it, so it was spraying tranny fluid...

    Calling all tech geeks.......

the basic inexpensive router is designed to be a master, typically you can't use two routers, but the Bridge (like Toad) said can be a slave and will connect to your existing wifi and create another wifi. For Smallfoot If your shop is really out of range and is connected to the House's...

I used flex rad hose on both the upper and lower on a SBC chevy to a KMJ aluminum rad, but have had problems with the rubber and chrome parts seperating over time. Over 600 miles of driving and they either pop apart or have travel back close to coming off. Wondering if there is too much frame...

Cutting sheet metal with jig saw

for straight cuts I like grinder, but for curves or circles Jigsaw. But you need to clamp it down and keep the clamp close to the cut otherwise it will bounce. Basically when you can;t focus on the steel its time to move the clamps

How'd you know you were a rat rodder?

I got my 50' out of a field had to cut a tree out of the engine bay to move it. But probably like everyone else here I loose interest in a build if it takes too long. So I got it running, mechanical, functional, mostly safe, and started driving it. It was when I was out on the streets that I...

    2002 ford ranger computer

alot of the time the signal to the ecu is 5 volts. So there is a complicated circuit to detect the correct key, but the output is probably just a 5 volt. I would open the ecu and find the pin that connects and give it 5 volts. If that works you can tie into one of the switched circuits.
