i have a 52 as well but im going to use a volare front clip and people that bitch about parts are wrong everything still is available.. the dakota clip will work but i beleive its a complete hack it off and weld it on issue. where as the volare still utilises the original frame. hope this helps

see thats the tricky part damn frame is so skinny but i just found a guy that will sell me a valare clip for dirt cheap on trade for a 1928 model a tudor i have sitting around so might as well go that way

well ive been told to do an air over axle system of bags to see it it will work on the front of my 52 f100. i was thinking of taking all the leafs out but two and running the bag on a bracket off the side of the leaf pack under a cross member now with the two leafs left do you think it will drop...

i was thinking the same thing possibly shorter top bars then bottom bout 70 percent shorter then the bottom arms then running a panhard bar on the front as well if needed

i am thinking of running a air ride system on my 52 f100. im going to convert my axle from parrellel leaf to hair pin raidius arms. with the bags on the middle of the axle under a crossmember. now will the hair pin radius arms be good for the raising and lowering of the bags. i figure the wheels...

the only way ive seen it done is that you take the k member by its self clean it up and notch the bottome of your current frame rails and weld it in. now i did hear of a guy who slid his old frame rails into the frame rails of the k member i wouldnt recomend this. a straight vertical weld isnt...
