    Monster Onboard Air

Stole this one from a friend: For those that might need a 'stand-alone'(not engine driven) compressor that put out BIG air.... Will run air tools no problem. Airs up tires in seconds. Airbags? No problem. Puts out more air than a 3hp 20gal. shop compressor, and that's with NO TANK! Has been...

If you are not hellbent on building them, I saw some yesterday on ebay for 25 bucks. Cut off an A frame. And you DO know they make new frame horns? They are about 50$ a pair. Making them is always more satisfying though... :)

    So Im Kinda Bumbed....

Never give up. Figure out how much (little) $$ you can put aside each week to save for the car. Every little bit adds up. Every time I eat ramen, drink water instead of soda or beer, or dont go out to see a movie or whatever, I can ad that $$ I saved to the 'car fund'. Learn how to make it...

    How To Do Cowl Steering

Any solid front axle 4x4 Toyota(Not IFS). That means like 79 to early 85--then they went to IFS and you would have a box like the other ones in that pic. 4x4 guys toss those boxes in the trash. Ive tossed a few. The IFS boxes are desireable to them when swapping to "crossover steering". I bet...

    How To Do Cowl Steering

what was the problem you had? Seems like power steering would be easy. I think the rotation of an early Toyota 4x4 box is correct(if i remember correctly). And you could even cut off and re-use the ball and socket end off of the pitman and draglink... But why complicate things w/ PS I guess.:D...

    Trailing Arm or 4 link?

Yea, it all looks the same to me. The links seem kind of thin/weak to me too. SD does offer some beefier stuff. FBI has that stupid club discount thing going on..I was thinking 'good deal' till I realized what was up w/ that.
