    Ron Pope Motorsports..!

I sent Ron my idea on a AutoCAD drawing for my front shock mounts and he cut it out with his plasma and got them to me really quick. I will give it my best guess if you sketch up an idea for a part and give him dimensions he should be able to make it for you.. Ron is a good guy to deal with.

I guess it depends on how you approach your title. This will be looking at a street modified and Hobbyist title as 26T, so 1926 regulations will apply. I do have to cover the exhaust with a mesh to prevent anyone from getting burned. This is per the state law. The trooper never brought up...

Sound material (Gutter sealer) applied. The doors got filled with foam. Might not be a rusty Rat but I built it the way I like it. Testing the seat arrangement Change it time. Happens sometimes. Need to lower the bottom seats and move the back back a bit. 2" of foam for the back and...

I was looking for a woven wire mesh and will keep looking, but the mesh I ended up with is a handi panel from menards. There is too much small rocks on the roads here to not put something to protect the aluminum grille.

The frame is from Speedway. I had been watching and bidding on frames up until I needed to have it. The frame is a shortened 4 Inches. The top tube removes to install the glass by removing the pivot studs. I got the uprights that are shortened the same but mount different and did not appeal to...

One step forward one step back

Are you looking at ground clearance? When I first put my frame on the floor with the engine on it I estimated to have a 6" with a 2" drop front perch and ended up with the oil pan on the floor with a 1" board under the front wheels. So it was change that to stock perch and shorter oil pan for 5"...

Completed the Grille guard yesterday, fixed a gas leak, modified the floor metal to accept the steering shaft and a few other odds n ends. I must of got the wrong dipstick with the transmission. I start it and let it run for a bit on jack stands then check the trans. When I add enough to get...

Howells has now canceled my order and refunded my money. The BBB asked if I am satisfied with the resolve. I replied I am not satisfied with the lack of communication and the lies to UPS that he gave the items to them for shipping. Enough on Howells. The project is feeling like its winding...
