Where to get cheep radials for 16x4 rims...

I am looking for tall & narrow radials. I know Coker has them but I am not up for paying $200 a tire. They are old wire wheel Ford truck rims 16 dia. by 4 inches wide I am looking for tire sizes that will work... I imagine I need to stay below 175 in width with probably at least a 65 sidewall?

    Mount a crossflow radiator vertical?

Is there any reason why I can't mount a crossflow radiator vertically? I am proud to admit that I am a tightwad.... with that said.. most radiators are longer than they are tall. For my project I need it tall & somewhat narrow. This guy seams to say that it works.... any thoughts to this?

    Minnesota here.... ya... you betcha!

Signing in from the frosty state. I am in my 30's. After receiving my A&P licence to work on planes (this taught me I didn't want to work on them) I moved on to work as a millwright in a coal fired powerplant until recently I have joined the company safety department as a site safety manager...
