1950 DESOTO "Built Ram Tough with Ford Stuff"

Today is 1-1-11 the first day of the year and a perfect time to start a new project. I've been collecting parts for a while. It started with a 78 lincoln "runner" with a price I couldn't say no to. So I saved what I needed and scraped what I didn't "made almost all of my money back and with a 460 auto and a frame with front AND rear discbrakes. With no real idea what to do with it. "and then" A shift change at work gained some new friends, one of them had this 50 desoto. The car is solid from the floor up and from the floor down,but the floor is shot. It came with all the chrome and the interrior has been redone, the motor runs the brakes works. So we will see how the project goes.

(THE IDEA) is a low body with big wheels and tires, kind of a 50s stock car look "I hope this works"

its time to split these two up

and interduce this body to a new frame
