car has a 472 motor,have heard a 455 olds motor will bolt in ,does anyone know what will fit and what wont
I've been told from an older (55) friend who used to build caddy engines years ago that you can swap all the bolt-ons off the front of the engine from a 425 to the 472 and loose something like 8 pounds of rolling mass. That frees up a lot of horses, cheap.
