This is my friend Jason's S-10.350(with some goodies)Powerglide on a trans brake,ladder bar with a 9in.10.98@124mph on 10in slicks and still has stock bumpers,full interior.The dragster is his father in-laws 8.70 @168mph.

Sorry for not geting more burn out shot's.Had work to do.The Sling Shot in the last pic on that run threw a rod at about 800ft lost control (oil under the slicks)and went in to the hill in the tower lane head on.The driver walked away but the car is no more.

That's not the first car he's crashed.He also run's a wheel stander and crashed a few of them.

do you ever go into the NAPA @ Airway Heights? my Best friend is the manager there. He is the reason I am moving over there and we were talking about going out on Friday nights to the Races, looking forward to the Goodguy drags and if I have the 64 ford pu back together ( gotta pull engine/Tans when I get over there) I might run it once or twice. It runs real good w/ 305/th350 but trans is bad and I traded the 305 for a nice BB when I get over there so its getting a 350/th350 back in it, might be a lot more fun. Thanks for the Racing pics, they are great, I love the Old FED slingshots personally

I don't hardly ever go to NAPA(Motion Is my Fav ).As for Friday Night races they kinda fun but there are a ton of ricers and long lines to race.


Goodguys Is putting on a race this year @ SRP ?

I love funny cars but can't imagine drivin' a car with that much HP & such a short wheelbase. I have to give it to those guys... nerves of steel!!!
