Found a cheap shifter for automatic transmissions at Auto Zone parts store.
It is generic, I used it on a chevy turbo 350. Built a Lokar style mount for it and it works great. Also mounted a Lokar Neutral saftey switch on it.
Shifter: brand SPECTER part # 6423 universal automatic shifter
Price : $38.00
Switch: LOKAR part # 68154 neutral saftey swith
Price: $15.00
I had to file a detent in the shifter body for a reverse lock-out and drill/tap a hole for the swith. (9/16 bolt thread)
Auto Zone does not have the shifter on the shelf you have to have them order it from their warehouse. Takes a couple of days to get it.
