Door Glass

[SI have a 31 Model A and am trying to get the driver and passenger glass removed. I have taken the crank assembly away from the window, but the glass to too large to just pull out from the top. Does anyone know of a trick to get the glass from inside the door out?

Did you take off the inside window molding?

i got it didnt see the 3 screws untill i took off door
