Out here we don't have hills.... we have passes, and loaded down, I pass lots of gas trucks struggling to get up.
When I first bought a diesel tow rig, diesel was cheaper than gas by quite a bit, and the power difference was amazing. Now, almost 20 years later, I can't talk myself back into a gas tow rig.



 
Yesterday the wife bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 Longhorn crew cab Dually with an 8 foot bed. Has the 370 hp 800 ft pound torque Diesel. Can anyone tell me what kind of mileage she can expect pulling a 13,000 lb goose neck horse trailer? By the way, she got the new truck and I got new ball joints and 4 new tires for my 2000 Ram 1500. Can anyone see something wrong with this picture?:D
