Got my radiator shell built

Well, the bones of it anyway. I'll figure out how to mount it when I get this radiator.

I'll fill this at the manifold.

I had a heck of a time finding a radiator that would work for me. I needed it squatty and wide to go along with my firewall. And needed a shell to jive with the frame and the looks of the body.

Started with a plug or 'prototype'. And then made a 4 section mold of that.

Wow! You've got a massive amount of work in that radaitor shell. Worth it though as it looks perfect.

Thanks Bob. Yea, today I was thinking of how much I realistically have into it. I had the glass chopped '32 shell already. And then hacked that up to build the plug. Then all of the materials to build it. Yikes! Probably twice as much as I wanted to spend on one.

But on the other side of the coin you will have a good set of molds for more.

I know how much work goes into making molds.
We have made molds for 26-27 ford radiator shells and cowls.
Takes a lot of time but well worth it.
