Yeah lowering blocks will do the trick. I think you can actually get them at advanced auto, or O'reilley's. Now that is assuming that your springs are under the axle already. If they are sitting on top of the axle then just flip them under the axle and that gives 4" automatically. But being a car, they are probably already under.
 
Post some pics of what the rear suspension/frame/floor looks like on one of those.

If you plan of hot rodding it/driving like an idiot teenager...lowering blocks aren't the way to go. Lowering blocks give the axle more leverage and it can wrap the springs under hard braking or acceleration.

Reworking the spring packs by swapping leaves around or swapping springs entirely (with junkyard parts) is a better way to do it.
 
^^^^What Flipper said about the springs.
Springs are already under the axle on that car. Not sure how low you want to go. You will have to watch the tire clearance on the top of the fenders & between the fender & frame rail.
