London/Paris/Rome hot rod interesting sights??

I'm heading to Europe soon. Does anyone have any "must see" places in London/Paris or Rome for Hot Rod/Rat Rod type places?
I plan on doing a search in a little bit for car museums etc. Just wondering about any cool vintage car stuff to see.
