It's been some time since I've updated my build here.

Yep, still waking up breathing everyday. I've been caught up in a variety life's twists and turns that have taken me away from my F100 build. I still plug away at it, just not as often.

Well I got my bed, running boards, and rear fenders primed last night. I have to wait on the tailgate until I get the lettering to finish it off but hated seeing all this work sit and rust.

I forgot to mention I used POR15 under all my parts. I have had a gallon of this stuff for 5-6 years and its still good. I keep putting it in new cans becuse it gets sealed shut and I have to cut it open but the stuff is still good. This time it must have had a air leek becuse it had the top layer dried up but I drilled a hole in the bottom and drained it out. Still good! This stuff really went up in price.

I build a paint booth out of my car port, works good so far. I need more fan power to suck out the over spray. I sprayed a second coat of primer after sanding down the first with 220. This coat will get hit with 500 then 600 grit and hopefully ready to put the color on tonight.

I am sick of sanding!!

I got the color on! It is a little hard to tell what it is going to look like in the sun but so far I really like it. I don't know if it has dried enough to tell how flat it is going to end up.

Hopefully I'll put it togeather tomorow...
