Probably has the ownership/insurance in a velcro pouch stuck to the cage. I would think you would get pulled over a lot just so the cops could check it out. Would be fun though!!

There's a guy here in illinois with one just like that. I stopped and talked to him. He said he gets pulled over in every town at least once. He has all the paperwork with him from the state when he drives. Seems like alot to go through but it would be pretty cool to go to work in that thing!
