Pulley dilemma

So i have crate 350 going into a hoodless model a. I would love to run a 2 inch cog/gilmer belt system.. However I would want to run ps and a/c. So i was thinking of getting a ati balancer with the serpentine groove in it. And a gilmer pulley attached to it. In my head this work because i can use the serpentine to run the a/c and the gilmer will run alt/water pump and most of the gilmer crankshaft pulley have a v belt groove that i could run the p/s with.. Or could i run both p/s and a/c off the serpentine. Or would this setup even work to begin with?

Here's how mine lines up.There is a belt groove on the crank but not sure how it lines up for any accessories.If you could run them off the balancer some how that may work.
