S-10 Power Steering Box.

I got an S-10 frame with a power steering box. I want stock steering but can't find a stock box for an S-10. The engine is now in the rear, so the front is light. Can I just fill it with fluid and run a small hose or tube from the in to the out port?

or you can get a manual steering box from an older base model s-10. i just put one up for sale on my local craigslist but shipping it would probably be high due to the weight.
