The first part for my first rat rod build.

My 35 Dodge cab and the beginning of my rat rod. I have dreamed of this for a long time but I was so wrapped up in building Harley's that it stayed on the back burner for a long time.As soon as I finish a Sportster bobber I started, this project will begin.I'll start a build thread then but I have to warn ya, I work slow.Also, I am always open to constructive criticism and ideas.

I'm going to leave the cab stock for a while.I got a good deal on a 351 Windsor with an AOD tranny. Stock 40's Dodge bed setting on a 87 Toyota pickup frame.I also got a good deal on an old Minneapolis-Moline grill and lights that I will be running.After this thing is on the road for a while I will probably start putting the pieces together for a straight axle.I'm trying to build it for under 3 grand and am doing good so far.Here's the grill.
