The wifes new 64 wagon

I figured i would start my own thread instead of riding on LD13s sorry for hijacking Lucky Devil, but got the wifes car home today " Dallas traffic sucks any time you go" but any way here it is it has a little cancer in various places but not too bad. still a good find considering the production of the Chevelle 300 2 door wagon. 2,710 to be exact 1,609 six cylinder 1,101 eight cylinder

Nice Grab indeed.

Looks real similar to one a friend of mine has. it was his dad's but he got it when he lost his dad to cancer several years back I remember when his dad bought his. it was a small block car, i believe it was a 307. his dad build a nice 454 and tubbed it, it spent sometime on the track before he got sick. My friend painted it up in the colors his dad never got to and left the drive train alone but made it a really cool street car. He drives it in memory of his Dad.

Thanks guys, Once again my 27 sedan goes on the back burner. I guess i need to stay off C.L. for a while and get some projects done. my wife cant drive a standard, so im gonna put an automatic in it. and take care of the rust issues, prime it black and paint the wheels red LOL she would kill me.

hard to find little cars! i have had a 64 and 65... wish i would not have sold them... i will see if i can find some pics of them. my '64 was white with red inter. the '65 was green with fawn inter. and had factory a/c..
