Spotted this gem on FB market place as they have it listed as a Dodge/Other. 1950 DeSoto Custom Suburban. This one my have been a limo as many of these that were used commercially had a big roof rack on them as a Factory option. $1000 or OBO Torchie

Ok Hemi gurus. I spotted a supposed 241 Hemi that the owner claims is from a 1955 DeSoto. My info shows that they stopped making the 241 in 1954. And it was Dodge that had them, not DeSoto's. Any body know what the real story is? I would appreciate any help. Torchie

I have come across a 1968 Dodge 273 (LA) engine. Claims to be a fresh rebuild. It has a factory 4 barrel and solid lifters. I have wrenched on some 340's and 318's as well as 383's but not one of these. What should I know about these. Things like transmission options. speed parts .etc.... Any...
