Got some new parts

So we went "picking"....
Everybody scored...
4 of us went out and between up we came home with a 34 chevy 4 door.
31 chevy truck. 2 flat head v8. 34 ford bed. 38 ford truck grill. Some rear vents from a late 30s ford( I'm gonna use these to make a rear split window in a f1.)and lots of small stuff. We had a good day

I used to make hauls like this with my buds back in the '60 in the So. Cal. desert. We likely had about 50 Model A doors, and all kinds of other body parts that my dad found a buyer for while I was off serving my country. 30 A coupe, 29 A PU cab, 33 frame, on and on... Some of the stuff we left behind would finance my retirement today. WE didn't bother with GM cars, because the wood was dried to dust. I guess there is still some left out there all across the southwest desert.
