Need help identifying Carter WCFB

I have a Carter WCFB carb, but I can't seem to find any part numbers for it on any of their listings. I think I have it narrowed down to a pre 57 Cadillac or a pre 56 Buick, but don't know how to tell the diff. It has a few different numbers marked on it in different places, but none I can match up to any part/model numbers. The numbers are:

0-981
6-1003 and
1-1197

If anybody knows anything about these or could maybe point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

I put it into google all kinds of ways and your number seem to be not really carb numbers per se, maybe they are for some other purpose.
