    opinion on tires

he also has these but I'm kinda wanting a radial and I'm torn on blackwall or white wall. being 15's verses 16's would make the wheel search much easier though. Universals site says they are tubeless bias ply, I thought all bias plys needed tubes...

    opinion on tires

I found a guy local to me selling these tires and I am thinking they would be nice for the rear of my project. has anyone ever used the carlisle tires? They are 4 ply so I don't think they would be to stiff for the rear of a light weight bobbed truck...

    Ford truck front drum questions

I have f-100 brakes off a 54 truck that I'm going to use on my project and the drums and hubs are separate pieces. You can buy new drums at most auto parts stores, up to a 66 ford f-100 will work. The hubs are not reproduced so you need to have good hubs and just install new races and bearings.

    First time welder advise

most definitely, specs on it are up to 5/16 steel and like stated above it will weld down to 24 gauge. I use it on 1/4 inch stuff all the time with no problems. I like it because it has 7 heat adjustments that let you find tune it a little better.

    First time welder advise

I bought my hobart 187 220volt mig from a tractor supply store. I caught it on sale for around $600.00. It is a good welder and I think the specs say it will weld up to 5/16 in a single pass although I've never welded over 1/4. Hobart is owned my Miller as well and share many of the parts with a...

yeah they don't look like originals but i'm pretty new to so who knows, they kinda look like an old set of dayton or roadster wires someone has painted red. you still got a good deal on the frame though. I'll sent you a PM about some wheels.
