well I did it built a car from scratch in less than thirty days with less than 3,ooo and drove it 900 miles and will be on the cover of ratrod mag and ridehard mag

Thanks but the one I have is much shorter and the bolts actually bolt directly to body. I am having so much trouble trying to identify it. I got it at a swap meet used it, now its bad and do not want to change all my steering with a new box. Thanks i will try to get better pictures

welcome I need to find some new ratrodders from NM I used to live in ABQ and now in Houston area. NM has plenty of rat material left all over. I go to NM to get my green chili twice a year maybe I will hit you up on my next visit

dont go no less than 5* 5-6 just cruisin 7-7.5 for faster driving

AMEN nothing like watching the crowd point and take pictures of your homebuilt creation.. specialy the looks you get when your driving down the road.... find what you want not your friend wants....

FYI build your own you will be alot happier and proud of it when its done.. even if you dont know how ,try ,,,it will be your rat and only yours. I have work on fellow club members cars that they purchased and not built and they all end up saying the same thing " I want to build myown!" good luck

newest project Just bought this on ebay and I need to go get it in greenbay wisconson.from houston Tx. Its an anniversary present for my wife she wants a 4 door ratrod so this is what we are going to start with

can anyone identify this gearbox? it has three threaded holes on same side of shaft. not a corvair or vega found it in a junk pile now it is bad and would like to replace it without having to do a bunch of extra work.

want ad I have done several titles for other friends and here in TX you want a original title or if you go with the assembled title it has to have all the pollution required for the current yr built. place a ad on CL or look on ebay,go to swap meets there are plenty of those still around.
