Well another one heads off to a new owner. I put it up for sale on CL and sold it in 1 day! A 69 year old guy from my neighborhood had seen it at the local watering hole several times and told me he had to have it. Came over, looked at it for 5 mins and said "I'll take it".
I ordered an upholstery kit for the seat and painted the dash to match before I gave it to him.
He's been driving the wheels off of it, which is really cool. He sends me pics of his various destinations. He grew up in SoCal and has some great hot rod stories. That kind of thing is my favorite part of this hobby!
