Yes too both!!!! Read that the boat will do 73mph with a 25HP motor!!! Sounds like a blast!

At salamonie reservoir they used to have a boat called a mouse that you could rent. It was actually smaller then the one pictured and had a 15 or 20 hp engine. It wasn't super fast but was a blast to play around on catching the wake of the big boats. It wasn't marked as a rental and the lady's always wanted a ride
