To me it looks good like it is. Many vehicles of the era did not have the wheels centered.

However, if it bothers you -now would be the time to change it. problem is the air bags have to move back as well. As I remember that will be a challenge.

At ride height, with the wheel turned, I imagine that would put the edge of the tire about at the apogee? Perhaps that is why it is that way?
