Info on this car ?

One car I would like to see more of is this Bantam coupe altered.
Other than this quick video clip, I could never find it in the pits or lanes.
It reminds me of Gabby Bleakers (spelling?) old AA/FA.
The photos are from the clip...
Does anyone have any photos or information on this car ?
