I don't have the latest issue I Rat Rod mag yet, but the 57 nomad wagon pic has been floating around for a while, and really has me thinking....I have a Chrysler 383 that would look great with some zoomies and I'm thinking of putting a duster minus the front clip behind it. My question is, would a typical 2x4 (3/16") rat rod frame be the way to go on something like this, or is there a better way? I'll attach the photo I have of the wagon for reference.....maybe.....smartphones make me feel dumb...

i myself would build a frame to fit the car, and yes 2"x4"x3/16" would be good enough, but it will take away floor board room, as in making it flat.

Thanks! Pretty sure I can live with that......now I have to go find that duster that needs a front clip......
