Hey Earthman, I did some digging around and I think she is Lindsay Calkins from Go-Kustom TV from Seattle. As part of the show she had to build a 32 ford ratrod , and had to learn how to weld and everything.I could be wrong but I think Rat Betty is Lindsay Calkins. Here a photo, you be the judge.
