Allot of the backyard builders were trying to emulate the styles of the So Cal customs during that era, remember when the Ala Kart first came out, with its non traditional radiator grille shell with the quad headlites. Shocked everybody, some liked it , some thought it looked like crap. this...

Nice..! dig those headlites, and its candy apple red.:)

Now that the Chinese Olympics are over with, oil and steel are getting cheaper.:)

Great look to the cab, I like that you added extra length to the doors and not the back of the cab like an extended cab PU. Very cool..!:)
