i too believe they pay 2 much for the cars,but the fairlane was a factory 4 speed car with a hot motor,would have loved to had that car for what they bought it 4

american restoration checked out ricks shop from the tv show american restoration,hell of a cool shop(built in horse stalls)real cool dude showed us around the facility.hope he has a lot of success with his show[cl

boiled it found one of the last radiator shops in the area that will boil it out,really clean now,epa keeps messing with all these shops,the stuff we take for granted is disappearing quickley

lookin to either mount a body on the caddy frame or take the motor,trany,and rearend and mount them in something else[;)

just picked up a 1977 cadillac,freshly overhauled really,really embarassing cheap[cl,has almost new tires,the question is how much hassle is it going to be to get rid of all the smog control[;) and its a 425 with a funky deal on the carb.am i asking for more trouble than its worth or is it going...

has anyone here done or seen a chevy trailing arm supporting the rearend and added air ride to it:confused:it is heavey duty enough 4 a chevy pickup so why not a car slammed to the ground.would like to hear some ideas and what you think

ethanol in tanks when i used to deliver fuel,the ethanol broke down the stuff that was coated on the inside of the tank from all the leaded gas that was in the tank over the years.it plugged up filters till the tank and lines were shiny but never heard of it eatin poly tanks:eek:

would like to clean out my fuel tank on my 61 cadillac,but the radiator shops dont boil them out anymore because the gov are taking harsh chemicals out of the shops.anybody have any good ideas to clean one out:confused:

bad sender turns out it was a bad sender:)

put floor dry on it and scrub with a short 2x4 it will take the stain out(just takes elbow grease)[cl
