Thanks guys for all the words of encouragement, I appreciate it

Lookin' real fine CORPO !![cl[cl When I get to this stage in a build, I just don't want to come in from the garage unless it's a life threatening (wife threatening ??) situation....:D

I wish I had alot of time to spend out there and get some more stuff knocked out, but unfortunately I haven't been finding a lot of time to get out to the burbs and work on it, it is also about time to put my dads 57 back in there and give back the other garage to my mom... cold weather is looming..

I have alot of plumbing to sort out between the brakes and all the air lines.. never done the air thing before.. but it shouldnt be too difficult.. (i think)

Nope, was out of the country for 2 weeks, then thanksgiving.. you know.. life is busy...

Going to tinker on it this weekend, nothing exciting on the books, just re install the front end and put all the brakes back on..

Thanks,

Going to be getting back on it pretty soon... Just working on the air plumbing...

Santa brought me a very nice brake line tool so that will be next after I finish the air lines...

Just put these together last night... Apartment tinkering

Air brakes, huh?

A bottle of soapy water will become your best friend! LOL Sounds like fun but you are right. Life is busy.....but that is better than boring. Hang in there. It will be worth it.:cool::cool:

Man, I am glad you are back on this build, it is one of my favorites!

Looking good (actually, much better than good).[cl

Thanks guys!

Everything starts getting pretty tight at this stage doesn't it? Where does the exhaust go?

I can't believe how little open space is left, never would have thought I would have to squeeze it all in so tight... It's even crazier looking with the hydrobooster in place...

Exhaust! Ha! But seriously ... For now I am just going to put baffles in the headers... If it turns out to be an issue I will have to dump the headers into exhaust and tuck it on the outside of the rails between the rockers and the frame and have it exit behind the cab...

We will see... Baby steps..

Still chugging along... All the brakes are plumbed, residual valves... adjustable proportion valve, flex lines that allow full adjustment on the bags... made all the hard lines... All I need to get is front lines from the axle to the calipers... Think I will have to get them made...

Also need to hook up the hydro booster... Eventually she will get done,

This is simply an amazing build. So much eye candy to look at. I just spent alot of time going back over the build again. Its got me brain storming ideas for my 53. Thanks CORPO for the great work and pictures.
