Kingpins

Ok I have a 32 model aa axle and I have found a set of brakes.

The guy is telling me they have a set of 42 ford spindles on them that should work for me but they use a 6" inch kingpin instead of a 5.5" kingpin.

I can not find any info on this

So can anyone tell me if this will or will not work on the axle that I have?

Absolutely, David. The only reason the 42-48 kingpin is half inch longer is because of the design of the body of the spindle. Those spindles will go right on your axle just like the original model a spindles. I have the same spindles as those on my rpu project.

Just be sure when you order new kingpins from someone like Speedway that you specify 42-48 instead of 37-41.
