Still crazy after all these years!
I'm no help on the details, but I have friends that have sold cars overseas. In every case it was easy and not risky. An agent for the buyer takes care of everything.

Help Support Rat Rods Rule:
A friend sold a car to a buyer over there and it worked fine. I would need to be paid B4 my car leaves. A wire to my financial institution works for me.

Sold the Safari!
Well the wagon is off to Europe! I'm in the process of selling it to a guy in Austria.
So far everything is going smoothly. Waiting for funds to be wire transfered. Then wait for for transportation. 😎👍
