I am in the market to buy a new tig welder and plasma cutter hopefully all in one unit so that I can do some mods to my bike and go kart.....I have spoken to some of the bigger companies like lincoln, miller, harbor freight and they are a little to expensive for me at the time so I was wondering if anyone had any advice on where to look for some affordable but reliable welding companies

I don't actually live in the USA, but I'm thinking that those companies you mentioned are pretty much in the 'affordable' range from what I've heard.

I don't think I've ever seen a Tig and plasma cutter in the same unit before, but it sounds like something I'd like to have myself.

If Harbor Freight is too expensive for your pocket, then you better start looking for a used unit. I wouldn't even bother looking at HF units anyhow.

Longevity Weldall 200pi

thank you for the suggestions but I have already purchased a welding unit from a company named longevity that has a 5 year warranty, they actually seem to work better than the harbor freight units from what I see on the reviews
