1951 chevy truck right rear tire shows bad center wear after 30 miles on new tires could the 4 bar be off center the left rear tire looks good.has anybody had this problen or my be able to help thanks

What do you mean by center wear, is a band around the center of the tread worn down? That's usually overinflation. Can't imagine what would be misaligned to do that, especially to just one tire.

It could be off, but if one side is maladjusted, that makes both sides off. I tend to doubt that an incorrectly adjusted 4-bar could just cause the center of the tire to wear unless the tire is over inflated. 30 miles is a fairly short distance to start wearing rear tires, especially rear tires. Are you sure that the axle housing ends are welded on squarely?
The 4 bar adjustment is the easiest place to start and it wouldn't hurt to double check it anyway.

Open diff ?
The right rear spins easiest.

Wearing the center is usually too much pressure,or the rim is too narrow.
Or both.
