Heater

Since this will be a daily driver and it gets cold in West Texas. Shane came up with this Army Surplus new heater. We mounted it on inside of the firewall. Will make a diverter valve for the defrost and an inside vent too. It's 20,000 BTU so it should cook you in the small cab It will be hidden from view by a console dash Shane wants for his controls and stereo.

Headlight Brackets

These are the headlight brackets we made they carry on the Bowtie theme. They will need an additional brace as I feel they will vibrate and shake the way they are mounted now. But they are just tacked on till the shock mounts are finished.

26 actually, dont know how they came up with that, but, they said they have ran them on 12 volts for years with no problems yet. We will find out, its not going to have to run very long if so. They say it will fry bacon and eggs.... anyone else hungry?

They are marked 28v, but run on 24v (two 12v ran in series). The fan will barely run on 12v.

Trust me on the military vehicle stuff :D

Fine lookin Truck! You've incorporated some really novel ideas into your build![cl...Keep the pics comin please..:D...CR

driving

The truck is driving now, only major problem seems to be traction!!! It's with my Son now so I will get him to catch up the post. Still needs paint and body work and the interior finished. These are the mufflers Shane chose Flowmaster race muffler. Trust me there's no muffling going on in there. It's brutal.
