I dint know they made a "bread truck" I've only seen the "milk truck" . Back in the day Dad had a customer at the shop, who drove a Divco milk truck , I thought it was ugly at the time, but now they're so cool !

Strip the Crome Off I'd start by getting the side mouldings off and different mirrors. Lower the front by installing a 2003 Crown Vic. subframe. Flip the rear axel. Also concider a top chop. I wouldn't suicide the doors, But it's yer truck ! I love these trucks and personally would not own...

Supercab? If your ranger is an Extended cab (supercab) it will have a nice level frame with no kick up till back behind the cab , But a regular cab truck frame starts it's kick up under the floor and at the rear of the cab the frame is now 4 to 6" higher. So the reg cab truck frame will not fit...

Wanna see that E150 frame I think ya got a good idea there ,but I wouldn't think you'd need suspension on the rear of the cab. You can't use airbags without shocks ' it would be bouncing continually. Anyway I'm waiting to see pictures of that frame[;)

I'm using a FE motor (390) im mine . You can find the belhousing with the mount ears and the front mount from a larger truck, that way you wont have to fabricate and weld mounts on the frame:)

Get the right rack Can't you just get a rack that's desined for behind the axel ?

We in S. Mn only got 5" but it's rain/snow/sleet and now it's all froze ! People driving too fast on the interstate are loosing it and are found in the ditch on their tops . 304 accidents in 24 hrs. statewide. Twin cities got 18" !

Two indicators ... the motor looks to be in contact with the firewall, and the wheels seem to be sticking out too far . See what it looks like under the cab. Cool truck tho:cool:
